Jaguar Reef set a new standard for boutique resorts during our stay. The staff genuinely makes you feel at home with their warmth and personality. The rooms and common areas exude a beautiful beach chic vibe and are very comfortable. The dips in the private plunge pool, along with the excellent drinks from Charlie's bar, made for a truly enjoyable experience. While the on-site dining was fantastic, a few more local food options would elevate the experience even further.

The amenities were excellent, especially the option to take kayaks out at any time and the beach bar, which was perfect for relaxing. However, the presence of sand flies was somewhat bothersome when sitting on the beach. Overall, a fantastic getaway with some minor drawbacks.
